Benjamin “Ben” Haer is a native of Huntington, West Virginia.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training, Pre-Physical Therapy from Marshall University in 2016, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and at which time, became a Certified Athletic Trainer.  He then received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marshall University in 2020.  Ben spent his last clinical rotation of physical therapy school at Teays Physical Therapy Center and joined their Physical Therapy staff following graduation.

Ben is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the West Virginia Physical Therapy Association (WVPTA).  He is also a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA), the Mid-Atlantic Athletic Trainers’ Association (MAATA), and the West Virginia Athletic Trainers’ Association (WVATA).  His interests include orthopedic rehabilitation and sports therapy.  Ben chose to be a physical therapist because he wanted to help others actively achieve their goals through healthy movement and improve their quality of life.

Ben is active in his church and enjoys traveling, time with family, baseball, hunting, fly fishing, and any other activity that involves getting out and enjoying the outdoors.
