Rebecca Randolph, PT, MPT, CHT

physical therapist

Rebecca Randolph received her Master of Physical Therapy from West Virginia University in 1999 graduating Summa Cum Laude. Rebecca has been a certified hand therapist, a credential granted by the Hand Therapy Certification Commission, since 2004.

She is an APTA certified clinical instructor for PT and PTA students. Her post-graduate education focuses on evaluation and treatment of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand. Rebecca’s special interests include orthopedic rehabilitation of the upper extremity and custom splinting. She is certified in Graston Manual Therapy Techniques. She serves as the clinical coordinator in the Teays Valley location. Rebecca is an adjunct professor at the Marshall University School of Physical Therapy where she teaches examination of the wrist and hand and upper extremity orthotics.

Rebecca chose to go into physical therapy because she was interested in a health care profession that would allow maximum interaction with the patient. She felt physical therapy would be rewarding by allowing her to assist people in improving their quality of life. While in physical therapy school she was fascinated with the complex anatomy of the hand and decided to focus her practice on the upper extremity.
